About me

Hi I'm Nicholle.

I am a photographer based in New Zealand. I grew up in Taranaki, on the west coast of the North Island, and now live in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty on the east coast.

My passion for photography began at a young age. I remember saving my pocket money to buy disposable cameras, then getting the photos printed and turning them into albums. That early love for capturing moments has stayed with me and grown into a meaningful and creative career.

Over the years, I have developed strong experience photographing people, nature, and landscapes. I specialise in capturing authentic, meaningful moments for families and children, and have recently expanded into photographing weddings and other special occasions.

Alongside photography, I am a qualified Early Childhood teacher with over 20 years of experience. Working with children and families for such a long time has allowed me to build strong, genuine connections and create a calm, comfortable environment where people can truly be themselves.

I married my lovely husband in 2018, which has further deepened my appreciation for capturing life’s most meaningful moments and milestones.

As a photographer, my goal is to create images that bring joy and happiness to those who view them. In a world that can often feel negative, I aim to capture and share the beauty that surrounds us. 

Photography has taught me that sometimes all it takes is a different perspective to see that beauty.

I believe positivity is an art, and it is something I am passionate about capturing through my lens.
